NAC Awarded Watergate Project

Watergate HVAC Replacement Project Underway

July 20th, 2006 -- After careful consideration and scruttney by the board of directors for The Watergate South Condominiums, NAC has been awarded the first phase of the HVAC terminal unit and piping replacement project.

The first phase encompasses the asbestos abatement on the 15th floor of the building as well as the replacement of the nineteen cupola fan coil units and their respective distribution piping. To eliminate the need inconvinience the owners with the abatement process on multiple occasions of multiple project phases all 15th floor perimeter and interior fan coil units will be replaced in phase one.

When informed of the contract award, Chuck Noyes, President and CEO of Noyes Air Conditioning, stated that he was "grateful of the trust that the owners and board members of The Watergate had placed in him and the company" and that he would "be sure to provide them with the level of professional service that all NAC Customers have come to expect"...
